Equally valued?

Good question. What are the latest data on the gender pay gap? Equal work certainly should be valued the same.
But we may be missing a bigger question…

This is not easily answered. It should be studied empirically in the social sciences using a variety of indices of value. I suspect the answer would be…

    I agree. We need to close the pay gap so women are not overpaid for longer absence, lower productivity and overall less innovation and work efficiency. Pay gap is a feminist myth just like everything else that comes from that female supremacist movement.
